Tlaloc Whale Watch Sailing Charter
The waters of Cabo San Lucas are what draw visitors from around the world to the area. The Baja California Sur peninsula has the distinct advantage of being in between two bodies of water, the Pacific Ocean, and the Sea of Cortez. During the months of January to the end of March Cabo San Lucas becomes home to hundreds of Gray Whales. The Gray Whales travel from the northern Arctic region, down the coast of Canada and the United States, all the way to Mexico.
Along the coast of Baja California Sur, sailors, anglers, and sightseers are able to catch a glimpse of these majestic mammals. The Gray Whale will travel in pods to a quiet area along the Sea of Cortez which hugs the southern tip of Cabo San Lucas. The waters are warm and inviting to the Gray Whale, who have the chance to play, mate, and raise their young in these beautiful waters.
As you travel along the coast, there are many places to snorkel. When you head out to sea a bit more, there are additional opportunities to snorkel in the sea, with its rich and diverse ecosystems. Every location will have the opportunity to view different kinds of fish and other marine life. When you go snorkeling on our private snorkeling tour, you will ride to the snorkeling site aboard the Tlaloc.
This 33-foot long ship can accommodate up to 14 passengers. Children under the age of eight can come along for no additional cost, though your price will vary depending on how many people are coming on the snorkeling expedition. You can choose between bringing your own snorkeling gear and using the provided equipment.
